Delivery Policy /Shipping

We deliver your order to the address you gave at the time of purchase. Ibubble Tea House shall have no liability or obligation for any incorrect addresses; it is the full duty of the buyer to confirm the accuracy of the delivery addresses. 

The receiver of the order from our driver or Affiliate delivery Partner must be present during delivery. 

The order shall not be delivered to any other location, and the customer shall be responsible for the delivery fee should the customer be unable to accept and collect at the address entered in the system on the scheduled delivery date. 

The customer must arrange a new delivery date and reschedule the delivery at their own cost. 

Our delivery service currently extends to all major cities in the United Arab Emirates. 

We retain the right to alter our delivery costs at any point. 

Ibubble Tea House is not responsible in any manner if circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, strikes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, and natural disasters, have delayed or halted the provision of services. 

We provide 2 methods of Delivery of products to our customers as listed below.

 A. Ibubble Tea House Delivery Service. 

B. Courier Service delivery service.

Ibubble Tea House Delivery Service. 

We provide Free Delivery to our clients in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman in the UAE for orders above 100 AED. 

MINIMUM ORDER AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE BASED ON LOCATION.

 

For Orders below 100 AED, we charge 20 AED for Delivery. We have specific days that are scheduled for the delivery of products across these different locations. 
PLEASE NOTE: Orders for same Day Delivery should be placed before 8:00 A.M in the morning. 

Courier Service.
 
We also provide Delivery of products via an affiliate courier service. Customers can choose their preferred delivery date using our affiliate Courier Service. The total shipping & handling cost, as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed under Order Summary. 

Delivery to Overseas. 

Note that you might be considered the importer of record if your order requires delivery overseas. In such instances, you are required to ensure that your ordered products can be lawfully imported, comply with all laws and regulations, and pay all fees and customs duties relevant to your purchase. 
You can provide us with your preferred courier service for delivery overseas, and we will liaise with the courier service to deliver the products to them.
 
INVOICE: We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such to the email or WhatsApp number you provided to us during purchase. 

NB: Please note we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
